Photo Blog Series: City Tours and Audio Guides

When Brian and I travel to larger cities, we generally try to do some sort of tour to get a feel for the area and learn interesting tidbits you don't read about in guidebooks.  Some tours we have done haven't been great, but others have been a lot of fun and given us a lot of good information.  The same is true for audio guides, which we generally pick up in museums to help us navigate them better, especially if the audio guide is in English but all of the signs are in another language!  Here's some of our memorable tours and audio guides from the past two years.

Open-top bus tour on a beautiful day in Spain (Barcelona, Spain)
Free walking tour - notice the giant red umbrella! (Prague, Czech Republic)
Brian and our friends doing an audio tour around Windsor Castle (Windsor, England)
Boat tour along the harbor (Copenhagen, Denmark)
Audio guide of Portchester Castle (Portsmouth, England)
Audio guide in the raptors of a Baroque church (Vienna, Austria)
Brian, Jon and Emily listening intently to the tour guide (Bath, England)
Boat tour along the canals of the city (Amsterdam, the Netherlands)
